It's 2% per level. So if your ships are 6 levels over the enemy, that's +12% damage out, -12% damage in.

In practice, that will be even less damage in, because you're killing the enemies faster so they have fewer chances to shoot at you.

Your ships are also gaining stats as they level, which is also going to help everything; to take a random example, Sandy has 182 fp at lvl 120, 184 at lvl 125 so she'll also get a small damage boost from that.

looking means check if they have good intial talents like the specific soul for their respective hulls or flame + the offensive talents for their specific hulls ( like rld for ss/cv > avi/fp/trp for cv/bb/ss respectively)

if u want more cats -> cats boxes
if u aren't done with old shipyard ships u get the DR prints
if u are new u get the tech boxes
