why is using UR bulin on permanent UR a waste? newer URs powercrept them, that simple. it's not worth the investment when you can invest in the upcoming stronger UR and their reruns. and not to mention with every year, more and more URs are coming out and new players will have a lot to catchup if you want to use the better URs

Because while it deals 100 dmg/volley while the others "deal" 130 dmg, the 0° spread sounds like guaranteed 100 dmg against random spread 138 and high-cone 132
and it reloads faster but it probably doesn't matter as much

For 14 nobody tested quad 152 vs 155 Kai vs 137 but the best gun would also depend on the vanguard I guess
