Retrofit Unicorne. You'll get much more usefulness. She, Enterprise and Helena can be leveled to 125. Portland can be fine at 120 until find something better for tanking. Laffey and Panny more than enough for 120 imho. Just for tech points

I’m looking at the oil requirements for this event and it seems fairly high for pretty low rewards. Maybe it’s better to save the oil for the next event which will have a shop with decent rewards for the oil investment? Is little formidable worth getting besides for the collector’s value?

Detection Level:
If the gauge hasn't been filled, your carriers gains "hidden buff", which is 10% flat AA resistance reduction to enemies (basically they deal more dmg) and they can't be chosen as a valid target (enemies BB won't attack your CV when hidden).
