After doing calculations for the critical chance of Musashi against Hornet Meta it gives roughly 14% crit chance (using full hit gear). Is usually that low? Most ships have so low of a crit chance or is Hornet's evation unusually high?

Oil is affected by the rarity of your ships, and their limit breaks and level. Don't worry about making more than a single fleet.

When you say lost a match, are you talking about PvP or your fleet sunk while fighting?

You can't accidentally throw away locked ships

It's recommended to lock any new ships you get.

Look in the bottom right, you can turn this on and it won't ask every time. It'll only lock new characters.
