Reason I'm using dorm for the lower level ships is cuz they level up a lot faster as lvl 31s then 100+ so by the time my main ships need to be awakened they'll most likely be high enough level for the other tech points
k let me explain to u the most efficient way to do it
dorm the 6 ships that u are using while the 3 lowest levels in the 1st floor and the other 3 in the second floor
sortie when they are at 150 moral for 20% more exp which is roughly 17% oil efficiency
level the lecture hall as higher as u can and generate the books from there to level the tech fodders

since once you do it long enough, the only diff is that 2nd floor has faster morale regen at the tradeoff of no XP Gain

Base exp for that battle is 1168, so even by dividing by 60*6, it makes 3.2
(It also doesn't quite make sense to divide by number of ships since everyone gets 1168 base exp so maybe I just really don't understand how to read your chart at all)

And that's wrong because you're averaging the exp/oil of each battle, instead of taking the exp/oil of the whole sortie
You're overweighting 13-4 to mobs and discounting the boss because it has 7 mob battles
How is that any different if you're bound to have 7 mobs thus having 7 exp/oil ratio worth of battles and 1 boss in every case?

My fleet problem was inconsistent out of ammo battles especially vs 3 star mobs if the mob fleet doesn't have at least 1 CV in backline

For the record, most PR/DR ships need to be dev30 before they are usable (actually useful in combat), the same as you need to have max limit broken normal ships for them to be usable.

Are the retrofits of WV, Colo, and Mary good? Honestly i just retrofitted them for the artwork/skins.
pr/dr ships use their blueprints as enhancement materials, like with how other ships use other ships as enhancement material
also pr/dr ships limit breaks are tied to their enhancement

Plymouth is rather unique in what she does, so there's nothing that truly replicates her kit 
you can still use her as bb buffer
just expect lower personal damage, and don't let her tank
if whatever you're fighting has low vanguard pressure you could drag a sub 30 plymouth

For your main fleet I'd take:

For a second fleet you should wait to see which ships you can afford to max limit break and work from there, because we can't empathize enough on how important it is

...it's not like we have gear tech or anything as an equivalent to fleet tech 
off the top of my head 127 compares fine with 120, it's more of an early game accessibility and cost issue
it's only outright better against heavy
120 outperforms 127 on light and med
cheaper and easier to get as mentioned
aaaand also has a higher FP stat lel
it's also worse for interception, but that's really scraping the bottom of the barrel
just slightly worse for those 2 armours, at the end of the day you pick 120 for being cheaper, unless the the 127 is pending lab upgrade to 137
the actual difference in performance is really not that much, 120 is just easier to source and cheaper to enhance, but you can upgrade a 127 to 137 to recoup costs while you probably won't use the lab tree for 120

recouping plates and coin seem more reasonable by upgrading a Twin 120 even if you don't use the gun itself
