Some guns are just better, and some guns are virtually never used. Some guns are good for beginners while you’re building your gear stockpile

It’s important to understand the situation though, the key thing being for example is the armor class of the enemy

(Light/medium/heavy)

As well as some other stuff like caliber restrictions for cbs for example

If you want a quick guide to what gear to use when ectl tier list is a great guide to start checking what gearing is “best”

Best Stage to Farm?

D3 is best due to ship drop & event currency, If you can't do D3, then the order is D3 > D1 > C2 > B3 > highest you can do.
Oil-Cap is on D1-D3, and is 35/47/16 on D3, just like other events.

No. There isn't. The closest you get equipment skins.
