She lacks a lot of the self damage buffs Soyuz, BZ and Sushi have
Her dps is ahead for short battles because she literally fires one more salvo thanks to preload

Technically speaking, from 100-120s, she's still ahead of all safe BZ on light, iirc

The moment you go over that, which is basically just CM, her total DPS falls behind the others

The only BB that's definitively better, is Bismarck Zwei

all are 100+ level and geared alright i think
should i do 11-1 until they stop dying in 12-1 or swap out shinano for mlb taihou that can probably live far better but i dont get to level shinano or keep shinano in and just bruteforce it through

I am wondering about that. I was told once, here, that Shinano does not need beacon because she has an ability that lowers her time anyway but I could not find anything about that anywhere.
Currently its 21.47 for Impla, 22.9. got Shinano, and 22.68 for Haku. I Can't get them anywhere near 0.2 with gear alone for some reason, though if I was to build fresh, weeker, hear for Impla maybe. As for as I can tell the time in the gear menu does not account for the beacon.

Will the beacon bring Haku in range?
