FdG is the one that's tough to sync, because she's slow but has a buff that makes every other shot a little faster.

The latter condition is so easy to achieve, there's no reason to not use her as flag if she's the solo BB

what i heard is that la9 is... too slow... so slow that you either sacrifice the tb/db slot and use something low dps, or not bringing helena as it will desync, not to mention that it makes things harder to sync with slow/time stop skills without sacrificing something... good for ignoring those opsi 20 shield tho
the actual improvement it gives might be much smaller than you expected, and i am not counting on future new fast planes to fix that...
