On the other hand, there are quite a few ships now who benefit from the +25% MG CRIT DMG due to guaranteed or increased critical rates, so it isn't always quite so clear that you should always use SHS just bc of AFCT
As always, there's hidden complexity involved
Personally, I always just go Radar + Type 1, unless it's a situation where I really, really need to min-max to utter perfection
