They're only relevant on destroyers, which normally use toolkit plus another 500+ HP like the red and blue towels you're asking about

I haven't ever used the towels. Because Goldburn is better and the other slot can just be toolkit for consistency. You could use the red towel for a tiny bit more offense and less survivability than toolkit
