Nelson has been a noticeable upgrade to penny. That retro is great for sure. Still finishing up skills to 10 though

I'd say they're kind of equal, nelson kind of does not give a fuck about losing an aux slot when she has the fp and acc to fall back on
but yeah the condition might come bite her someday if the stage isn't hitting a lot enough within the alloted 6 seconds

penant basically is gimp white shell anyway so you're not losing that much, plus Hood's aug is better than sword by a bit in stats so overall the sum is less unequal
