well, typically already the oil we get is enough for hours, many people feel like it's too much oil. For others, as previously said your oil needs drop a lot, and exp wise you're limited by cog chip income.

-Kronshtadt is a very solid tank and has considerable damage for a CB, although lacking in AA penalises her in content where that is a concern. I'd be more inclined to put her in mob in most cases. In OpSi, she should be off the main BB fleet to grant them spread reduction via cross-fleet, and can main tank for a CV fleet in a pinch (although there are better options, like Guam, for this role)
-Unzen has nihilistic damage potential for a vanguard, consisting of both torpedoes and guns (more torpedoes, but her guns are still very strong). She is actually quite solid defensively for a DPS, but can nonetheless have survivability issues in high difficulty content. Because of her high damage, she is often used for serious bossing, but because she has double preload and concurrently loading torpedoes, she can be used for clearing mobs, and especially fast clearing them in OpSi.
-Soyuz has very good damage and her main barrage is essentially physically unavoidable, and inflicts both a damage taken debuff and a slow, which allows her to provide potent support on top. She is able to play with a pair of CVs or with other BBs in bossing situations depending on your preferences. She can perform perfectly well in a mob fleet, but the specifics of her kit see her shine the most in serious bossing situations (at least if we restrict our discussion to PvE).
