Notes:

1. Event banner has higher priority than Wishing Well, since Events are time-limited and Wishing Well ships are permanent.

2. Picking Light construction ships is preferred since you can build on it for your daily build for free. If you are missing ships from Special/Heavy (notably Submarines), it is fine to pick them.

• Be careful about cube spending!

3. You can select a permanent UR ship (New Jersey, Shinano); if you select a UR ship, the other UR ship is removed from the build pool entirely. UR build rate remains 1.2% like normal.

• They can be selected for either Heavy or Special.

4. Picking permanent UR ships isn't worth it since they have pity. Better off picking other ships and building pity for permanent UR ships instead.

5. All Wishing Well builds count for UR exchange points at the usual rate.

6. If you already have all the ships listed below, pick ships for collection.

Best Ships to Pick:

Light:

• Kazagumo - Great CV buffer with good damage alongside it.
• Aurora - Great support option against DD / CL bosses.
• Avrora - Great vanguard damage buffer. Has unique augment.
• Yat Sen - Post-retrofit, she is very tanky and has decent damage when used alongside 1+ CN ships.

Heavy:

There is nothing worth here. Only pick this if you need ships from collection.

Special:

Submarines:

• Archerfish - Top SS in the game. Provides buffs to other USS SS.
• U-96* - Top SS when with other KMS SS. Provides buffs to other KMS SS.
• U-81 - Top SS in the game.
• U-47 - Top SS in the game.
• Nautilus - Great SS option to use alongside Archerfish in USS compositions.

If you already have good SS:

• Graf Zeppelin** - Good mobbing-oriented CV with KMS support. Mainly for tech points.
