I have some but not a lot. The only characters I cannot start developing right now due to lacking tech points are Flandre, Chkalov, and Harbin. I have fully finished three characters including fate simulation. Several characters are not even started on development. Some I started to develop but did not finished. Severy others I developed but still working towards maxing out development level and FS.
