normally speaking the 3 stars are sink boss/sink x fleets/sink all fleets on map
the first one basically automatically clears when you beat the stage
the second one needs you to repeat the stage because maps rarely spawn enough fleets within 1 run
the third needs you to clear all mob nodes on the map before fighting boss, which may be easier to do in repeat runs than your first run depending on levels for higher level stages

EX boss has very high Hit up to the point that they render Eva useless 99% of the time, so go with high HP one instead. In your case, replacing Laffey and Tashkent with Helena (in middle) and Montpelier in back position.
replace your Saratoga with Hood. If you can, give Hood a fast twin-barrel cannon (twin 406mm SKC for example) and put her as Flagship. Give your backliner your best DPS gears and vanguard your best HP gears.

The only point of Kirov is to slow for your slower CV that won't make the last strike. On manual you can just hold the first strike for the slow CV until she stops again

In my comp, Unzen is carrying Beaver, everything else is oxytorp, so... probably there is a little bit of leeway for success even with lower tech anyway, esp since I had Unzen's two torps leftover (and like... halfish of Haku's last airstrike in that run) when Rodney went down... if you copy the firing times to the letter, it should be at least a chance to kill

If you launch Implacable straightaway on SG1, launch Shina on 0:53, Haku at 0:51 or 0:50 to coincide with SG2
