there's an event in Pokémon Sleep every time that there's a full moon so the new Snorlax colours could relate to the moon cycle in some way (first picture is base Snorlax, the others are new)

None of those colors are related to the moon. The colors are the base form of Snorlax depending on what island you choose. The shiny forms are also all the same as the base shiny so it would all look the same after shiny

yeah. I'm just saying that the game itself has events related to the moon (which I don't think any other Pokémon game has) and therefore the small number of unique forms from it could be related to the moon in clicker, if more things relating to the moon are needed to make it as a mechanic viable.
also, I'm not sure if those alternate colours officially have the same shiny. Both a regular colour Snorlax and a shiny Snorlax can appear on any island in the game alongside the icy/ashy/green colours that are unique to the islands past the first.
(there also seem to be islands planned for release with future updates to sleep so more than just 3 colours could be released by the time the game stops being updated)

I think the Réburst fusions would have regular pokédex numbers because they only include one pokémon but stuff like thu-fi-zer or other multi pokemon fusions also have the problem of too many types

it's not exact proof but the fact that the two cores we've seen are accounted for, they're hexagons (the same as the centre of each core) and there are five of them (the same as the number of cores) convinces me that in the anime at least, the cores are supposed to be those colours

I built them based on the sprites from Yellow since Yellow is based on the anime, and so is the Ono Manga. I'm not sure what the protocol or anything is about that. Jigglypuff was too small so I had to redraw it bigger to match the other two, and I took a crack at marker Jigglypuff but I have been informed that it is already in the game. I took liberties with The Black Fog as far as size goes. But its pose is based on Haunter from Yellow.
Also there's the loneliest Pokémon in the world from mystery at the lighthouse.

I don't have anything super concrete nailed down yet, but the story/movie specify that the beast appears once a year to perform a courtship display for the lighthouse. The episode, as far as I know, I'm only familiar with the english dub, doesn't say anything of the like, but implies that Bill knows it is out there, and it is seeking companionship, not necessarily an annual trip.
On a base level it could be as simple as going to Bill's house and talking to him. He'd say smth to the effect of
"Oh hey! It's been awhile hasn't it? I've just gotten a letter from my friend McDunn, the lighthouse keeper up the coast. He says he has something incredible to show me. I'm sure he'd be glad to have you along."
McDunn would speak to you at the lighthouse, to the tune of "Pleased to meet you, Champion! Maybe you can help me out. Every year for the past three years on this very night, something incredible happens. I don't know if I should tell you and spoil the surprise... But if you could go and grab some last-minute items for me, you sure won't regret it!"
Here goes the regular quest parts.
Collect 250 dragon shards or smth, Get 10 deep sea scales/teeth. I have no idea how Gigantamax/Dynamax/VMax works ingame, but if people wanted to treat the lonely pokemon as a G/D/VMax Dragonite I can see that going over well, but it would affect how difficult the quest/prerequisites should be.

I forgot to answer the question lol. No the time of year isn't super relevant to the story. All it mentions is that the fog horn sounds begin three months earlier in I guess August, and it takes the creature a long time to surface from the bottom of the sea. I'm not familiar enough with lighthouses and the maritime happenings of yesteryear to say why that may have been the case, so to affirm the short answer, no it's not relevant.

Suggestions can be made by anyone but they have a higher chance of being accepted if they're more planned out, at least one questline is currently accepted with no-one having written any code for it (love at first flight #3327) so you could use the phrasing of that as an outline for what you want to do

To me, the idea is acceptable as a questline (or maybe not a questline, depends), but not as a whole event. It's too small of a content for that and the date is barely relevant. In our Pokémon world, it's probably more fitting as a one-time content.
As to how to get it added, if you have the obtaining method fleshed out, and are a bit familiar with Git Hub, go ahead and code it. You can ask for help in #development-help.
Otherwise, open a suggestion, and maybe a dev thread, so either you get feedbacks on the idea until it's designed enough, or you can get someone else interested in coding it for you.

For sure. I haven't reached Galar or played Gen 8 but I remember how when GMax was announced, a few of those BS listicle sites cited Mystery at the Lighthouse as the "origin" of the concept of giant Pokémon.
Beyond that, im not sure how variants powerscaling works/should work in Clicker. Would it be appropriate to give the guy a Max-style power boost? Idk. Im not too versed in the meta.
