Not sure, most people don't tend to share them. But in this case, you could look for specific details.
Search the term: particles in the workbox, and figure out quality from there.
Disassemble a few, build it back up and learn the process behind it and mechanics.

I like your attitude, and freestyling composition. Nonetheless, I want to instruct you to take this specific piece of advice with you: The common mistake, I see which mostly correlates to VFX is the plain "non-readability" of creations. Don't set expectations that aren't met with the design, apply some logical reasoning behind it. Put yourself in the shoes of someone who just got to see your creation, they mostly question themselves, what it is (=it being a creation), And if you view it in that perspective, you'll get the flow of trying to make your creation readable, and this time readable is interpreted as relatable.
Don't forget, you've got talent it's great. But figure out what your creation is supposed to be, sometimes being too abstract puts you off, as it doesn't focus on a clear description of what happens visually.
PS: Your visual effect looks like an representation of a wizards spell, correct?

So you mentioned it being an god ability, I'd automaticly fantasize about greek mythical gods, and other tales. What if you made it visually more appeasing by animating the character + dressing it with an outfit that belongs to the "ability". Maybe he's an imitation of Zeus? We don't know, since we're looking at a grey dummy doing sorcery!

Also in some cases, you could visually bring more description to your creation, by simply adding environments. Maybe a few half-broken pillars, some laid-out grass, volumetric fog. Whatever ya feel like, aslong as it suits your creative thought-process, and description you're trying to lay out.
PS: Take this one lightly ^^, since it's very optional and purely for aesthetic but it surely does differentiate you from other creators.

It's an decent, power-up/charge but the clipping in certain area's does tend to throw my eyes off at times. You could mask those imperfections with methods, but those are yours to discover! (Yes, I know RBLX beams are a pain, and I feel ya). Overall usage of the beams, great but could be improved! Particle smoke, looks like it's releasing heat from the aura surrounding the character.
