At some points it's slow, then it starts zooming, then it goes back to slow

If you want to show different speeds they have to flow into each other

And the recoil on the shoot is far too low

You're shooting a rocket launcher, unless you're an anime character your arms aren't just going to shake a bit null

That recoil would be way better for something like a pistol

What you can do to fix the reload is to remove some of the easings and put more frames into it so it can flow smoothly, of course if there's a point where the hand stops using easings would be appropriate

2nd one is high a1 tbh, it's nice just too snappy and inconsistent with the speed (it goes from slow to insanely fast in an instant during some parts)
