you know, like when you punch, if u vizualize it you'll notice that there are 3 steps
your animation is missing one step, overall it just need better poses and some principles are lacking

For one thing, there's no torso movement. When you run, your torso typically rocks back and forth
If your arms & legs are just 1 piece each like that, there's not much more you can do for the animation.
Just make sure it starts and stops in the exact same position so you can loop it without it being jumpy.

True, body language is important even for game animations (Like a running animation, you want the character to flow nicely but also feel like they're putting effort into the run) and you do not need to know the 12 principles of animation to give feedback as long as you know what you're talking about
