Admittedly theres of course more movement throughout his entire body, but I just wanted to focus on his main form at the moment

there are less body parts to work with, and you can still make a animation close to a human reference
r15 has more parts in the body, if there are big servers with r15 that can increase lag
im finding dificulty in not breaking any limbs in r6, im still tryna learn that
R15 imo is just more time consuming, it's easier to handle though because it's more similar to an actual human body. Making looking at refs much easier

It's out of it's league, but very useful. It's still something necessary to smoothen out blender anims.

the issue I have with it is that the punches look more like bad hooks than punches. This issue could be fixed by making the punches more straight and go infront of the character or making the punches be hooks and have there be more of an arc

I tried to work on realistic walking, humans usually have a tiny bounce within each step
The initial step in the loop is off tho and trying to figure out a way to fix it
go to the start of the slider, select the parts, paste it, copy it. And paste it at the end of the slider

Each frame is a small point to make each part move a little more realisticly
With R15, realism standards are high
But working with R15 is fun
Plus I've seen great animators like Falco have over 50 to 100 frames for small animations
R15 allows flexibility and gives humanity to the model
R6 can let you pull almost whatever you want since realistic standards are low
personally, you have a point there, but some animations, like your simple walk animation doesnt need that many frames, maybe a kicking animation to make it look smoother. Or something with alot of arcs, but overcomplicating an animation doesnt mean a better animation. By the way, please dont come at me. Thats only my opinion
