Seriously though the reason why his arm is gone is so that you can see the side of his body, that’s why it switches lol. He has 2 arms but that’s how I like to draw refs so you can see all the details on the side

I’m gonna put this here as an example, the original owner is on the watermark below. When some people do side views/quarter turns, they chop the arms off so you can see the design better. Not everyone does this but I really like it when people do because it makes it easier to see all the markings underneath, which is why I do it ^^
