I have a couple of suggestions too:

  1. Queuing feature: Players who put in codes or are invited to the lobby can wait in a queue if the lobby is full.

  2. Spectating feature: If there's an ongoing game and there's 14 or less people, players who queue could spectate that game as a ghost.

  3. Vote kicking: Non-host players can vote to kick or ban people especially if there's an incompetent host.

  4. Host gifting: Hosts can choose a new host to take over that lobby.
