You could try an emulator like Bluestacks to play the mobile version of the game on PC but it’s likely you’ll face issues like lag playing that way since it’s not guaranteed to work like that

They don't need to be. For me, it depends on host preference.

If they want imps to hear noisemaker, they know it was nm and can use their role (ss/phantom) to run ASAP
If they don't, imps will only know in the meeting, which is funny and causes more confusion.
Imps being able to see ga protection just gives imposters an advantage since they can see ga protection and sabotage comms as it goes away to get a kill.

You let the first person arrive, fix the sab and everyone else stand back. You can often tell if they are likely Impostor if they don't fix lights
