3. Have a good alibi for yourself. If your partner knows what's up they will give you one, but if not DO NOT DRAG YOUR PARTNER INTO AN ALIBI.
4. Frame hopefully successful and hopefully that player you scouted in step 1 is ejected.

I was the imposter, the screen was only visible to me, all others were black screened and no one moved. I spam killed all of them at cafe and the game ended. They got their screens back in the dropship.

Even as a new indie dev, I am seeing more and more of the struggles an indie company such as innersloth has to go through in order to keep a playerbase happy.
Bugs are something I myself have had to fix a lot. And god it is not easy. Of course the bugs that I deal with pale in comparison to the scale of the bugs among us has, but despite that I see more and more the struggles of indie game development as I too am having those struggles. It’s not about adding more restrictions — it’s about properly reinforcing the ones already in place and addressing known bypasses before they can be abused further.

That's the issue i always had when reporting the vulnerabilities that predators could exploit.

They once had one channel called [e-mail], where the contact was more direct, it was much better by magnitude orders, not sure why they just randomly decided that this channel would just redirect to [e-mail] again

I think it’s a combo of both. I get the intent of the move, but ultimately disrupting their services does violate their guidelines and EULA. It only takes one bad actor no matter how good in faith it might be to change something for everyone else.

And ima be honest, every social platform suffers from this issue, and really the internet as a whole, and its a combined effort of good parenting and good safeguards that are in place that help to curtail this problem. There are many safeguards already in among us that can curtail most interactions, but its not foolproof, and it never will be. Just like roblox, fortnite, and many other online platforms. It sounds almost like people want free chat removed at this rate or a more strict anti cheat incorporated into the game to stop hacks and disruptions ultimately.

The devs are aware of the messages, and ultimately I can't guaruntee as a volunteer what their statement or response is to it, so take that as you will.

Whether they are poorly implemented or not is not really something I have the knowledge to understand, but there are channel flows and zendesk support tickets that can be created to discuss these issues, especially if you go through the length to detail the issue and a way to reproduce it.

I get people nag about the "AI response stuff" for zendesk but if you get through the typical responses the first go around usually you'll end up running into a human down the line.

Even if the safeguards ultimately were to be fixed or strengthened, that still doesnt stop the existence of these people.

I don't think their work is to force exterminarion of child predators, otherwise they would just be politicians that would vote for death penalty laws in the parlament to any kind of online grooming, AUAD guys have been saying that they just need better reporting tools outside of lobbies (personal example: 13+ users can see lobby names and can report the lobbies by innapropiate name) and matchducking has been saying about there vulnerabilities that are being abused by predators and apparently reported without proper fixes based on their later messages, which doesnt seem to affect normal players at all
