I get why most people default to colors: it's quick, visual, and you don't have to stop and squint at a username mid-meeting. But usernames can have their place too, especially if they're short or someone keeps the same one across games.
It becomes more about consistency. Still, in the heat of a fast-paced match, color's usually the first thing that registers.

Unless someone's name is literally two letters, I'm probably not going to bother typing it when time's ticking down, and if they literally have cosmetics that cover their entire fit.

If your Apple account was working fine before and now suddenly it's locked out or unlinked from Among Us, that's probably a backend issue between Apple ID permissions and the game's login system.

It sometimes happens when the game updates or if the account sync fails silently. Losing your cosmetics on top of that just adds insult to injury.

I got it during it's original release, and I could say is worth it? The pets are cute, most of the nameplates also are cute, and I've used a few hats from there every now and then.

I tried doing a sprite sheet ONCE, and it took me nearly 2 months.
It was pixel art, now imagine the amount of effort for a single skin.

There's people I here who can animate (me slightly) but yeah, it'd take as long as a normal art commision for most of the part

I think the "easiest" to do would be hats, since it's just the base sprite, a dead one, and going up a ladder.

Skins would be the hardest, visors wouldn't be as bad, and pets would also be a nightmare.
