My Favorite Security Cams on Skeld, its Because there was 4 Cams, However, its Easy to Catch the Impostors but the Impostors can Easy Catch You if you stay in the Security Cams longer. Even the Impostors can Troll You If the Door was Locked. Just Make Sure you have Engineer Role to get in the vent and Get out of the vent and Run Away As Fast. But if you dont, Just Make sure you have Noisemaker Role if someone is waiting at the Door.

Engineer is really obvious, Scientist, contrary to popular belief, can be usefull on the right hands, Tracker can give info based on movement and location, and honestly, Noisemaker doesn't have much science behind.

And for vanilla Crewmate, just lock in and do your best with the security tools.

Scientist: check it at the right times and see who went with each other
Tracker: keep track of the most erratic movements and ask "is that what a crew would do"

I missed a lot of context, but...

• Yes, blackscreen bug still happens when a player disconnects right as game loads.
• That itself doesn't cause timeout. Timeout is caused by leaving (Which is, unfortunately, necessary for some people to do so on blackscreen in normal lobbies. Either all imps or enough crewmates must leave.)
• The griefer ban, to my knowledge, has been patched. Only host should be able to mass ban now.

Anticheat is a real delicate thing to deal with though. I've tried a few mods for that, and there's so many false positives.

Innersloth's anticheat not being draconic means there's a lot fewer false positives. I think they're doing good so far trying to walk that balance.

From a gameplay perspective, it's to give Comms a bit more uses, and to have some sort of counter.

From a logical perspective, at least on maps with metallic vents, for Engineer it could be something like, they need something to vent and breath inside the vent.
And they're kicked out once the Comms go off.
