The wildest item path in something called archipelago.
I was playing ahit and two others two were playing the other two.
Basically every item specifies is put into a pool to be spread across the multiworld.

In this specific case, in Pseudoregalia, one of the most important progression things require the slide which is usually given like 2 minutes into the game, but in this case it was locked behind a single check from A hat in time since that needed me to get a check that allowed the risk of rain player to get my hookshot, but in order to get the check, I needed hookshot. Basically creating a softlock, luckily we just released their items and from there it kinda snowballed to the end and we finished

If those have the new Vibrant Visuals (I think they have it), it does make one huge difference.

You tried going down the fabric + sodium route? Sodium actually offers boosts to performance while being careful to not alter the game in any way.

And you can modpack your way into replacing everything else optifine offered if you need all those mcpatcher features.

I don't think they'll release Vibrant Visuals for the Java edition, considering there are a bunch of shaders that are made by the community and have the capability to customize the client as a whole

Unlike Bedrock edition, where most of the custom things can only be obtained through the store

Java Edition is where Minecraft began, and now we’re working on rebuilding the code in a way that will not only support visual updates like Vibrant Visuals, but future enhancements, too – without sacrificing stability or performance. Our focus is on the sustainability of Java Edition, and so the first step we’re taking to prepare for Vibrant Visuals on Java is refactoring – which means we’re separating our gameplay code from our rendering code and bringing the latter up to date with more modern approaches to rendering. Undertaking this work on Minecraft: Bedrock Edition has already taught us a lot – and now we can bring those learnings into Minecraft: Java Edition.

Once this is complete, we’ll implement a modern rendering pipeline that will give us a strong foundation to build upon, making visual changes and performance improvements easier in the future – for us, and modders too!. After that, we will be able to start adding the visual features. We really want to take this time to build this properly for Java Edition and build it in a way that allows us to continue to add complex enhancements such as Vibrant Visuals to Java in the future.

Our goal is to bring Vibrant Visuals to all Java Edition players, across all supported devices – and we know that is going to be a challenge. We are working on a viable solution that works across the Java platforms: Windows, Mac, Linux and are committed to continuing to support these platforms.

Dear Innersloth Developers,

My name is Antek Jankowski, and I am a huge fan of Among Us. The game continues to inspire me with its exciting gameplay, and I would love to contribute an idea to make it even more dynamic. I propose the addition of a new Impostor role called Sabotager.

Role: Sabotager  
Role Description  
The Sabotager is an Impostor role that allows a player to kill only during an active sabotage. The Sabotager can only perform one kill per sabotage, and after each kill, there is a cooldown of 1 minute (player can change to 45).

Details

• Kill Only During Sabotage: The Sabotager can kill only when a sabotage is active. This could involve sabotages like lighting, communication, electricity, or any other type of sabotage in the game.
• Cooldown: After performing a kill during a sabotage, the role enters a cooldown period of 1 minute (or 45 seconds if changed). During this time, the Sabotager cannot perform another kill.
• Impostor Role: As an Impostor, the Sabotager’s main objective is to sabotage and eliminate Crewmates while completing sabotage tasks. While neutral to other Impostors, the Sabotager follows the same win condition as the rest of the Impostors.

Benefits

• New Strategic Element: The Sabotager role introduces a fresh layer of strategy. Players must carefully plan their sabotages to maximize the opportunity for eliminating Crewmates without being detected.
• Tension and Timing: The cooldown after each kill forces the Sabotager to make thoughtful decisions about when to strike, adding a level of tension and urgency to the game.
• Mystery and Deception: As part of the Impostor team, the Sabotager adds an element of surprise. Other players will have a hard time predicting when a kill might happen, especially during sabotage.

Half of a sabotage's function is to help get people in a spot either away from a near future kill or a kill they've just done. Turning that from an option into a requirement just makes the task timer that already pressures imps anyway even harder to beat since now you're set on a timer of the sabotage cooldowns

"Soup pvp" was a thing. You are given iron armor and sword and tge rest of your inventory is soup that when right clicked is instantly consumed and instantly heals 4 hearts... so it was inventory management while getting pummeled at the same time. It was not very fun.
