2. if we talking about 1380RPs, they are right now out of stock second week because of supplier issues, i hope its going to be fixed as soon as possible
3. 2 weeks ago, was 1380RP restocked TWICE every day (2AM/PM GMT+2) (remember, if there is stated in #when_is_next_restock that even staffs dont know when is next restock, time of restock can be changed anytime)
4. Buff dont have that good suppliers to restock for over 300K users that want riot cards, most items is restocked daily and every item is restocked with 100+ pieces.
5. I am using buff almost 2 years, 2 years ago was riot points in stock once every 2 weeks, i would say its wayy better than before.
6. Staffs always trying to get better suppliers, but they are not cheap, better suppliers with more stocks most of the time want more money for it, that means, price of card is increased and again, there are users who complain about price.
7. Buff is not a scam, i sucessfully got steam card, destiny 2 dlc, Beyond Two Souls and way more.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

AP AND GARENA ISSUES

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RP cards don't work on Garena servers too.
