- Displayed balance not updating properly (transaction history will tell you if those coins are credited to your account, it's it's in there it's in your account, just not shown
2 Raffle tickets purchases will not reflect properly on the raffles page. - Users will not be able to user certain items in their inventory (Boosters,Premiums,Discounts)

Some of you report that didn't receive after claiming the Point Boosters, Marketplace discounts, Golden spin and wheels. We have data which said what items where claimed but without IDs of users which I need to collect for dev. Hi everyone, pending lots of complaints regarding the issue some users are having with an ad window preventing users from using the buff app, please open tickets using #open-a-ticket .
To create a follow up ticket, please do the following: go to this page (https://support.buff.game/hc/en-us) and create an account with the same email you're using on buff.
Then, go to https://support.buff.game/hc/en-us/requests/xxxx (remember to change the "xxxx" for your ticket id number, that you can find on the email) and check the status of your ticket.
This will allow you to create follow up messages so that you do not need to immediately resort to opening multiple new tickets. The top members are volunteers, and so am I, and we are unable to resolve this issue ourselves, so please open a ticket.
Edit: sometimes, pressing escape closes the app. Also, restarting/reinstalling overwolf seems to work in a few edge cases

As part of our commitment to transparency, here’s an update on some current issues (PC app):

If you've played LoL during this new event, you've noticed that some of your points were withdrawn. A bug during the calculation of the points was found by Buff's team, and a hotfix to withdraw those points was launched. You still have the points that you should've won. For now, there won't be more booster for points. You can still participate in the raffles.

ARAM Mayhem is now permanent, and Buff's product team is gathering more information about this. We do not have an ETA about this matter, please don't ask our Discord staff about this.

Some of you are finding a bug when claiming challenges that say "Challenge X is not claimable". This is a known issue. If you check your transactions, you can see that you do receive the points.

After a thorough investigation, BUFF's team identified that some users were abusing these games and earning way more points than they should have.
As a result, these games' earnings have been adjusted/fixed and are now similar to other event-based games.

Dota 2 - for some unknown Overwolf reason we stopped receiving some very important information about the match, so Dota 2 may misbehave for a while. If you're receiving a lot of red messages telling you that you have been timed out for 5 minutes please reinstall BUFF to ensure that you get the latest version (currently, 0.5.0.17). (to check the version of BUFF look at the bottom left of the app)
If your BUFF is already updated to the version mentioned above but you HAVEN'T reinstalled BUFF, please restart the app and see if the bug happens again. We've discovered some exploits and abuses related to ads in the mobile version of BUFF. We've disabled ads on mobile BUFF as well as reversed all coins earned from ads as some people took heavy advantage of it and earned a lot of coins. Once we figure out what was causing the exploit we'll re-enable ads once again.
We've given everyone 20 coins as a compensation. Sorry for the inconvenience caused!

A heads up for the Alienware contest prize redemption.
Due to some issues with PayPal redemption our devs reset all hanging PayPal requests in BUFF.
My advice to you is to redeem RP prizes first and then to try with PayPal prizes later when PayPal's server isn't as overloaded.
The Alienware tab in BUFF will still be available for around 2 weeks after the contest ends - this is to ensure that everyone is able to redeem their prizes.

We rolled out a version 1.7.3 for Android that should contain a fix for users that were not getting coins from watching ads. Note that the version might not be present in the Google Play store yet as it might take some time for Google to deliver it, but it should be available within the next few days.
Apple version is being reviewed and will be out soon.

A small update regarding TFT's 1st place issue - it isn't a bug, but rather the devs noticed a lot of users who were abusing TFT and the abuse is directly tied to finishing 1st in a match. In order to do some damage control the devs disabled coin gain when you finish 1st until they figure out how to prevent malicious activity in the future.

Important Dota 2 tracking issue update!
Long story short, new update from dota 2 caused tracking issues. Overwolf devs are working to fix it. Meanwhile, there's a manual solution that users can apply in order to allow OW's apps (such as buff ) to track their Dota 2 games.

There's an issue with the BUFF market - when you try to purchase an item you will not get a confirmation code thus making you unable to purchase anything. Devs have been notified about the issue and are working on fixing it ASAP.

We wanted to share a few words about the latest update that came out a few days ago.
First and foremost we are super excited for you to experience our new brand. We have worked super hard on it and believe it is only the beginning of our quest to level up gamers everywhere. Any change can be hard - but we love it and know it’s a sign of things to come.
New app features:
Highlights recording is back! We had some hiccups in the beginning but now you can once again capture your highlights and most importantly - share them with the community. Make sure you enable the recording from the settings page otherwise it won’t capture anything. We will be posting our guide again for anyone who needs help using this feature and our discord mods are always available for any question
We are excited to finally launch our Discover feature! What is Discover? Well, what’s the point of sharing your videos if no one is going to see them? Now you can browse other users' highlights, leave a like or a comment and maybe find some new friends. The page is easily filtered by your favorite game and will show the newest and the hottest highlights right now.
We will also be opening a video share channel on discord where you can share your highlights with the community right here.
Last thing - We want you to know that we are aware of all tracking issues and are spending most of our time fixing them. As you probably know some tracking issues like Warzone are on Overwolf’s end and we can’t affect them. Our main concern is your experience with Buff and we want it to be the best. Keep sending us suggestions, concerns, and complaints. We are growing every day and our userbase is what keeps us going.
