This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

How does Garena server tracking actually works, anyone knows how?
Cause yesterday, my internet died for 5 minutes while I was in a TFT game, and when it came back, Buff was starting to track in the middle of the game, when the beginning the pop up didn't appear. So I refuse to restart my PC since it started to track every game in Garena server. But once I restarted my PC, I was unable to get any of my games tracked. So how do I get it to track my Garena games?

GARENA FIX

Garena servers aren't officially supported by BUFF. However, there's a workaround until we figure out how to track Garena API properly:
-download LoL from Riot
-play 1 normal match via Riot LoL
-now you can close Riot LoL and play with your Garena client
