Garena servers aren't officially supported by BUFF. However, there's a workaround until we figure out how to track Garena API properly:
-download LoL from Riot
-play 1 normal match via Riot LoL
-now you can close Riot LoL and play with your Garena client

There's a way to use RP cards in Valorant for countries outside of AP (Asia Pacific) region.
First open Valorant and check if you have "Prepaid card" payment option in it, if you do - you can buy LoL global RP code from BUFF's store and use it in Valorant to get VP!
Note that if you're playing in the AP region you won't be able to redeem the RP cards in Valorant.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

AP AND GARENA ISSUES

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RP cards don't work on Garena servers too.
If you bought an RP card and you play on AP/Garena servers, please be careful next time and read the item description as all the cards are non-refundable!

Garena servers aren't officially supported by BUFF. However, there's a workaround until we figure out how to track Garena API properly:
-download LoL from Riot
-play 1 normal match via Riot LoL
-now you can close Riot LoL and play with your Garena client

Important Dota 2 tracking issue update!
Long story short, new update from dota 2 caused tracking issues. Overwolf devs are working to fix it. Meanwhile, there's a manual solution that users can apply in order to allow OW's apps (such as buff ) to track their Dota 2 games.

R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6S only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart BUFF after every R6S match. It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug

CASCADE WINDOWS / MONITOR ALIGNMENT

If your BUFF app looks like it's cut off at the top here's a workaround on how to be able to move the app around again:
-Right click on taskbar
-Select "Cascade windows" option
-All open windows will be resized, including BUFF
Another way of avoiding this bug is changing your monitor alignment, as the core cause for this issue is BUFF not liking your monitor alignment. Below is an example of a working monitor alignment that shouldn't cause any issues:

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
