Hello.

So I rather recently downloaded your software (Buff). After the download I wanted to check if it actually did work, so I got in a game of Valorant (unrated) and did the missions provided by Buff. One of them was to get a kda that wasn't under 3, now I asume that means atleast three kills in the entire game. And the other was to win 10 games, so after I won that game and had more over three kills. I went ahed and opened up the Buff tab. I didn't close the program during the game session ever, I only minimized it (-) like halfway through the game.

Now when the game finished I checked the missions, only to see that nothing hade changed, not the kda thing, that was still vibing at zero, the win 10 games had not progressed at all, and there was some new user bonus thing, wich was to win 1 game, wich I did, but it was also at zero.

So, how can this be fixed?

No, buff trackers track data you sending on game servers, like kills, deaths etc. And because you playing on another computer, there is no way how to track it. And you cant even install buff on geforce now. Cloud gaming platforms are not supported and never will be supported.

AP AND GARENA ISSUES

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
