Here are steps to fix this issue:

  1. Restart BUFF
  2. Navigate to the Challenges tab
  3. Set the game selected to a different game than the one selected
  4. Switch back to the original game with the stuck challenge
  5. Play another match of any supported game and get coins from it (no need to complete the challenge again, you just need to have one game tracked after you followed steps 1-4)
    The stuck challenge should be updated now and you should get the coins for completing it.

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

If the cap of points is 50 a day lets say the avarege player makes 30. 30 points a day means that the player needs 63 days to buy rp. The item is refreshed twice a day(noticed this for a long time) if you say 100+ items each refresh, that makes 200+ items a day. 200 multiplied by 63 equals 12.6k.This is how many player out of the 100 000 will actually get points. This is why points are not enough and there will never be an end to this unpleasant situation. And lets not talk about how the players who do purchase the rp start collecting again which complicates things further. In my opinion an inceese in price will cause a slight disagreement but will benefit everyone in the long term.

Splitgate has a lot of tracking on Overwolf's side, however Overwolf devs just won't bother spending time on fixing Splitgate tracking due to the game's low playerbase. This results in this game being really unpredictable when it comes to giving you BUFF coins. Sadly, there's no estimate on when Splitgate will be stable as it's beyond BUFF's power to fix tracking for it.

Garena servers aren't officially supported by BUFF. However, there's a workaround until we figure out how to track Garena API properly:
-download LoL from Riot
-play 1 normal match via Riot LoL

R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6S only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart BUFF after every R6S match. It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug
