Because buff is beta, that's why is everything working on 50%, you can be glad that buff is not only for a few users. Even if is buff in beta, they need to earn money from ads and premium subscriptions so they can buy gift cards and then give them to you, only for some points, if you don't want to buy premium you don't need to buy premium. Premium subscriptions don't give you a bonus for completing challenges, premium subscriptions don't speed up the progress of challenges. And also, in the BUFF.GAME ToS is nowhere written that they guarantee 100% uptime. You can earn from games normally, challenges are something like a bonus, nothing more.

You can only get 50 coins from games everyday (challenges not included). When you exceed the 50 coins limit, all games might either show that you get NaN or 0 coins.
NOTE: Watching ads is known to somehow break the cap - you can end up getting NaN/0 coins after watching just a few ads and it's why we don't recommend watching any ads at the moment if you are planning to earn coins from games. We're working on resolving this issue as soon as possible.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6S only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart BUFF after every R6S match. It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug
