Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.

This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

You can check the status of your game in #game-status. Note that it might take a few hours until the status is updated.

It's an issue on Overwolf's side - this means that Overwolf devs need to update their tracker to work with the new version of the game. It usually takes them a couple of days to fix it.

and it doesn't reward me with the double kill stats on BUFF

but it still track my stats and award me points

I play 2 games where I have 0 deaths but not one of them were credited for

but i was awarded points for it

they award points for the general gameplay but not the challenges
