API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

AP AND GARENA ISSUES

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RP cards don't work on Garena servers too.

Here are steps to fix this issue

1. Restart buff
2. Navigate to the challenges tab
3. Set the game selected to a different game than the one selected
4. Switch back to the original game with the stuck challenge
5. Play another match of any supported game

Been having issues with trying to install Buff for Windows with the intended purpose of using it for LoL.
I got the Buff Achievement Tracker - Installer upon downloading and opened it up. It opened a tab and told me I could exit.
After opening Buff from the overlay on the left side of the screen, it doesn't let me have it in either windowed or full screen form. It just stays in the taskbar without letting me access it completely.

CHALLENGE STUCK

Here are steps to fix this issue

1. Restart buff
2. Navigate to the challenges tab
3. Set the game selected to a different game than the one selected
4. Switch back to the original game with the stuck challenge
5. Play another match of any supported game
   Challenge should update and work as intended.
