the only solution i have is to turn off my monitor which then forces buff to go to my main monitor and the app is no longer cut off

AP AND GARENA ISSUES

A few months ago Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and Valorant.
Keep in mind that It was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about It at the moment.
Also, RP cards don't work on Garena servers too.

There's an ongoing issue where weekly missions might show up as completed but won't advance. The solution for this is to just play 1 more match and it'll advance them.
There's also an issue with daily rewards - on day 8 it bugs out and will not give you coins, but it will restart on day 9 and you'll start from day 1

This is a known issue. Sadly, to address it tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart both Siege and BUFF after every match. It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
