A few months ago Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and Valorant.

Splitgate has a lot of tracking issues with Overwolf, however Overwolf devs just won't bother spending time on fixing Splitgate tracking due to the game's low playerbase. This results in this game being really unpredictable when it comes to giving you coins.
