You may have misunderstood me. Apologies if i was unclear. My question was not "was it ever possible". I get that. What I'm saying is that this the most basic and obvious feature that should be viewable by a paying customer in ANY membership for ANYTHING. the only reason I can think of not to have it would be if you did not want the customer to know. (if I am overlooking something please feel free to educate me). Which brings me to my intended question; Why is this not a feature in the desktop or mobile APP?Can you name me any other product that doesn't have a membership end date viewable by the customer? sorry to be long winded but I am trying to be more clear. Also for the record the AI in the ticket opener does not give you the option to ask about that even if you wanted to by the way just so you know for the future. that was obviously the first thing I tried.

It still says Minecraft is online in the game status thread, but unfortunately it's still not working. There's almost no XP or BUFF points being given, like, just a few XP points and most commonly, 0.03 BUFF points at a time, even for playing for 10-20 minutes, and likely a half hour too. Challenges still aren't tracking either. Is there anything being done to fix it, or is there anything that can be done to find the issue, like logs? I did this and support said it was a problem with the site virtual rewards.com and told me to take it up with them. Hi, I’m having a login issue with Buff.

I’m trying to sign up/login through the Buff desktop app using Discord but after authorizing it, the app shows Login Invalid.
I already tried:
• Deauthorizing Buff from Discord
• Restarting Overwolf and the app
• Clearing Overwolf cache
• Re-authorizing Discord again
Discord shows Buff as authorized, but the app still gives the same error.

i clains lvl 1 and was on 2 but now they dont show up for roblox, i can still see them for forgot and the rest but some dont show up

IMPORTANT INFO: If you don't see the item on your marketplace, not even "out of stock", it means that there's an API issue. The item is out of stock and you'll see it again once it comes back on stock.

We don't really know when ANY cards will be in stock again. They're getting refreshed every once in a while, but also they're getting bought extremely fast.
So, probably, the best way is to keep an eye on the market to get in time for buying one!

CHALLENGE CAN'T CLAIM BUFF POINTS

If you are trying to claim buff points in a challenge but an error message appears as shown in the image (the code may vary, but the issue is the same), it means you have already received the buff points. You can check this in your Transactions.

Solution: To continue the challenge, simply play 1 match and it will automatically move you to the next level where you want to continue

The widget support doesn't have the option I need.
I've already made a message on the website, then got an email from someone called Frank from BUFF CX to provide proof of residence. I've sent it and haven't heard anything back for almost a month.
Is there a way to remind them and give me an estimate time of when they'll be finished verifying?
I know they're probably busy, but it would be nice to have some responses on the progress.
