In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

If buff doesnt load you can try this:

• Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
• Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

R.E.P.O -- I had the rounds tracking for complete 25 rounds total (which I've def done by this point). What's interesting is sometimes Buff tracks the game for credit like the usual pop-up, but not my rounds.

Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

I have never seen them on the marketplace for like 2 or 3 years.The only way to get a Riot gift card from buff,is to either saving up many many buff coins and buying raffle tickets and use as many tickets as you can on the Riot gift card.
I recommend using a "Premium Elite For 1 Day" item that you get when you reach the level 30 of an ongoing season (Because when you are premium,you can buy the tickets for half the price),or wait for a special time where you need to buy and collect all the cards in a collection (Generally happens in special days like Christmas or Valentines day) for a 5-10 dollar gift card (Sometimes it is for steam and sometimes it is for Riot.),and buying one card from the marketplace costs 30 buffs which is a lot compared to a ticket so I recommend using a "Premium Elite For 1 Day" item.
So generally,there is not really a guaranteed way to gain a Riot gift card,you have to gamble for it.

• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

No, if you already did it, the ticket is in our system you just need to wait for a support guy/girl to take that ticket. Btw, you are not able to redeem because of the Fraud prevention system. Basically, we have a new system which doesn't allow new users to withdraw items higher than 300 buffs. This limitation will last for 72 hours. Than you will be able to redeem.

   Sometimes a quick reset is all you need. Follow these steps in order:

Close both Overwolf and your game completely. Make sure they’re not running in the background.

Reopen Overwolf — but do not open BUFF manually.

Launch your game as you normally would.

BUFF should launch automatically when your game starts.

If it does: Great! BUFF is now tracking, and you can start playing to earn coins.

If it doesn’t: Double-check that the game is supported and that BUFF is installed and up to date. this fixed it for me
