It ussually has some weird screen pop up whenever you launch a game so if that shows up then you could assume that buffs tracking it then

Yes, when you launch and close a game you get popups a) informing you of how much you earned and b) to let you know that your session was tracked
If you really don't like it, you can still open a ticket (im not familiar with the tickets but putting it under tracking issues should be fine) but they probably won't be able to do much about it since it is working correctly

Occasionally when I start a match of Apex Legends, the pre match pop up (before the free coin generation) sometimes decides to stop registering as an actual application. As in it remains frozen on my screen until I force close Overwolf via Task Manager or I have to Close out of my game and reopen it. You can see items redeemable in your region and global. If you don't see the card it means they are out of stock (Roblox card is only US) you can also enter the raffle to win a Roblox card, the more tickets you use the more chances you have to win, but you don't have to

I have the same thing happen in GTA V. My Windows cursor is locked and only uses the in-game cursor (if you know what I mean), and clicking on the game and pressing Ctrl+Tab opens up the Overworlf overlay, allows me to use the Windows cursor, and close the pop-up. Not sure if Brawlhalla uses an in-game cursor though, since I've never played it.
