Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
We don't really know when ANY cards will be in stock again. They're getting refreshed every once in a while, but also they're getting bought extremely fast.
So, probably, the best way is to keep an eye on the market to get in time for buying one :)

Most of the popular cards are being restocked on a daily basis - there's just a very big demand and those cards go out of stock shortly after restocking, that's why it's hard to catch them in stock

Hi, I have an issue, whenever I play a game that isn’t supported , I get xp and I get the 2nd screen bonus. But afterwards, I would play a supported game, and then it would show buff didn’t track any game.

Hello support, over the past 2 days I've been trying to complete "Score 7 saves in one match" for the rocket league weekly BUFF challenges. I have achieved the challenge plenty of times within the gamemodes BUFF supports. In return, every match i "complete" the task BUFF doesnt count it. I have video proof to prove if needed.

its not API anymore, suppliers don't feel like restocking them
In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
it's an old account, when it got frozen i contacted the support and they said i used vpn, while i just gave my account to a friend from another region to check the store, so support told me that they will look after the problem...
