Your subscription can be canceled in the BUFF app.
On the top of the BUFF app window, there is a button that says “Premium Page”. Click on that, and you will see an option to cancel your subscription by clicking on "Unsubscribe", check the image below to see how the butons look like.
Your subscription will still stay active for 30 days after your last charge even after you’ve canceled it. You just won't be charged again unless you subscribe to premium again in the future.

Hi, I have trouble signing into my Buff account. It keeps saying that its a frozen account. Yet I never done anything wrong with my Buff account at all. I barely use buff as it is and I wanted to try again to use it but when I try to log in I keep on getting this error message.
