Ok I'm frustrated right now. I bought the buff pass so I could use the points to plant trees and save turtles and I just spent the last 12 hours grinding on bannerlord and none of the XP I should have earned was given. NONE.Also your scale for the pass is completely unreasonable especially for how buggy the app is. I DO NOTHING EVERY DAY ALL DAY BUT PLAY GAMES. This is not an exaggeration as depressing as that is. I couldn't even finish 75% of your first and I'm not gonna even make it that far on this one at this rate. YOUR PASS IS NOT COMPLETABLE. You need to double the XP gain rate to be fair bare minimum. Otherwise you're robbing your customers. I've played almost nothing but buff pass tracked games almost every day all day and I can't finish it. If someone like me can't complete it than it's incompletable and someone with a full time job would be lucky to hit the 50% mark.

at the start of buff items were much cheaper, we've slowly been raising prices to help keep items in stock by fighting demand to some extent

and it worked for a little bit untill our userbase exploded

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
