No. BUFF is not a scam.
BUFF is only asking you to provide your email address which you're already providing to other services like Overwolf, Youtube, Socials etc.
BUFF makes money off of ads and premium subscriptions (premium is NOT mandatory in order to redeem most items on the BUFF market). We will NEVER ask for your credit card or bank information unless you're purchasing a premium subscription - in that case, you will be charged every month until you cancel the subscription in the BUFF app.
BUFF is also 100% safe and it generally shouldn't impact your computer's performance. There's no mining or any sort of malware included with BUFF. If a certain antivirus marks BUFF as a virus - please let us know as it's a false-positive.

If you receive a "Fraud error!" message after you finish your match it most likely means that the match was too short for you to get coins. This only happens for matches that are only a few minutes long. Try to play your match a little longer and you should be able to get coins from it!

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

there, you can see if it's open or solved
check these steps
1- Make sure that your overlay for the game is enabled(Check the gif below to learn how to enable overlays.)

3- Keep OverWolf running
4- Launch the game and see if BUFF starts automatically when you launch the game

why is buff not tracking my rocket league games? it keeps on saying fraud error whenever i enter a game
If you receive a "Fraud error!" message after you finish your match it most likely means that the match was too short for you to get coins. This only happens for matches that are only a few minutes long. Try to play your match a little longer and you should be able to get coins from it!

I just saw another post regarding match lenght, that you can get that if the match is too short. I was doing a "Short" competitive which is first to 9 instead of first to 16 could that be the cause? I was seeing the buff popup in game and on windows on my second screen ( I close the ingame one for visibility)
