Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global Riot Access (RA) cards on AP and BR servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific and Brazilian servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.

just coming in after my first day of trying the buff reward pass to ask exactly how the exp works

of the 4 games i played i did adventure capitalist but got nothing despite having the game open for awhile,
it didn't work at all with genshin (which i can let slide since genshin did get an update on the same day this pass started)
i had leaf blower revolution open for 10-ish mins and got 75 exp
then to wrap up i played some world of goo, eventually getting frustrated at how hard the game was despite being the first world and despite beating around 8 levels i only got 2 exp

these results are greatly concerning since i need 734 exp just to get the first level of the pass meaning i'm barely a 7th of the way there

if it is a simple system maybe you could leave a chart somewhere so people can keep track of how it works and pick games accordingly

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

3- Launch the game and see if BUFF starts automatically when you launch the game
