In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Garena servers aren't officially supported by BUFF. However, there's a workaround until we figure out how to track Garena API properly:
-download LoL from Riot
-play 1 normal match via Riot LoL

Hey guys, not sure if this is a suggestion or not but I feel like it could qualify as more of a usability issue. I noticed Buff automatically opens a window (defaults to primary monitor, top left area) that has a timer before it can be 'x'd out and closed. I understand the purpose, it allows time for the ads to be viewed and thus count. The problem arrives when I'm in a league of legends match and I realize I've forgotten to launch Over wolf yet. Because I use another overlay while in game I can't really wait for after the game. Buff auto launches with overwolf which I want, but in the middle of the game I have an overlay I can't close! Is there anyway this popup can be moved behind the client? I have two monitors, and the second monitor where the normal ad popup window that awards points runs would be much better. I'll try and get a screenshot. it doesn't pop up always. it might be an old post game total pts awarded pop up

In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Almost everything about ads is controlled by our ad provider - they choose regions and suitable audience. BUFF has nothing to do with their choice, hence why we cannot tell you how to become a better target audience for ads and how to make BUFF show you more ads.

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
