3d print, eva foam or cardboard depending on how much financial capacity you have : )
For EvA you’d have to make a pattern of the mask according to your face measurements and glue/paint it accordingly. There are good Eva tutorials for general mask making on Yt.(same for cardboard)
For 3D printing you’d need a printable 3D file in your measurements

if you've already invested a lot of your time and money/budget into the cosplay already, it may be better to push through and complete the project so you can least say it's done--also, if it's just for fun/congoing and not for a contest, it should likely be fine

I see; I personally don't have too much experience with contests, so I can't offer too much of an opinion or advice, but I do agree with the other two users who responded. It's still a handmade costume, and as far as most folks are aware, the current census seems to be the ingame model and design was still made by people. If there's still enough time to contact the folks in charge of the contest about your concerns, hopefully they can give you further information on if the design is valid for the contest or if you should rely on your backup cosplay
