As an f2p who hits t30 in TS, I can tell you that in almost any region save for my own, TS is purely investment-dependent. The only truly cost-efficient comp is seal stall, and even that's useless now without heavy investment.

Cost-efficient TS comps are now comps that use units featured in CR/NC. Anything else is too expensive, with how fast the meta shifts. The only TS-only units I've ever built are Alna, Ezio, and Merlin.
