Marcille wants highest combat rating in r2 -> si40 would be helpful

honestly dont really care, best part of having that god tier rng was i didnt have to try and come up with a new title for the NC ranking post this week when nothing changed in the meta
NC ranking posts are extremely hard to title, its why we name drop people in post titles, or comment on ties, or other random niche stuff. the project tracks data trends and thats useful both when things change and when they dont, but when they dont we dont have anything to say in the title. we've literally had titles like "nothing happened" or "another boring week". we need something to say, this week it was making fun of me

There used to be, they may still have different comps posted on AFK Crowd Source server, but these days there's a lot more emphasis on meta heroes, plus more and more players stopped playing altogether, so there are less and less low investment guides available, with most existing guides assume you have most if not all of the existing meta (or their subs), also some bosses seem impossible when your investments are way too low (as in, it's no longer "I can kill this fast with full invested team, I'd just kill slower if I have less investments)
If you want to perform just enough to kill boss, consider looking at people posting guides of their 5-7 minute clears, which indicate low enough investment to still pass

No? Unless people are actually running tests, and willing to share their data, well there can be, you just need to access them, somewhere like Nihilum or Amicitia may have third party info

But like, unless there are people voluntarily doing that with their own resources, new players are unfortunately on their own, either they slowly build up the meta needed, or they have to cook the comps, using existing knowledge like Lorsan being very good for boss fights

Couple things to consider
Liberta haste, furn dupes help a lot
They have Marci e60
+1 watch on orth may mess it up
Small palmer but less of an issue

maybe tank tree too high/low, since not having really built laios, orthos might reach higher hp than laios too quickly

Your haste timing of Laios/Orthros/both and/or position might be wrong, also your tree investment is most likely inferior to person you've copied from
Unfortunately this round for most people actually need to test for their own sweet spots, since the investments can differ greatly

Are you satisfied with mere 18s that most people get from failing the RNG? Don't you want to climb even higher when you finally fixed a round? Back then before I rolled with bigger Palmer my peak was 7.71s by the way
Hint: Liberta and Orthros can be swapped

Go for one boss kill at a time, when you are successful, try to go for 2 kills at once, NC has so much more requirement on overall investment that it isn't funny, and even 6 kills may take a long time to do

Mostly reading the mechanics , looking at teams comps guide and lot of trail and error with replacement to see what works for small box. 20 try’s a weeks over a months about 80 attempts.
